There appears to be some glitch resulting in a PayPal error page when our clients attempt to start a new subscription payment plan for E-junkie. We have reported this issue to PayPal MTS, so they can investigate and fix the issue at their end.
If you are encountering this error, please wait to start your subscription until we post an update here confirming that the issue has been resolved.
We allow a 20-day grace period after missing an expected monthly payment, or after the end of our free trial period, during which you can still (re)start payments without risking any lapse in service. If you're at the end of your grace period and unable to start payments due to this error, just contact us to have your grace period restarted.
