I am not getting the buyer's address for my orders

In the settings of each product that should trigger collection of an address during checkout, make sure you tick the box to Require buyer's shipping address, which will reveal some additional shipping options that you can just ignore if you don't also need to calculate shipping charges. If you don't see this setting, make sure the box is ticked to Show Advanced Settings near the top of the product settings screen.
